This opens Client Booking so you can download the booking PDF: studio name, phone, the functions you booked and the balance the client still has to pay.

The bill after the booking is fixed

The booking PDF is the document you share once the dates are agreed. It is separate from the earlier quotation: the PDF shows the booking as it stands now, including payments already received.
