A typical studio in a small or medium city handles dozens of weddings, birthdays and events every season. The details live in many places: a paper diary for dates, WhatsApp chats for addresses, a calculator for packages and memory for who has paid how much. When the season gets busy, dates clash, advances are forgotten and bills are written by hand at the last minute.
PGBILL started inside a working photography studio to solve exactly these problems. Every feature — the multi-function wedding booking, the exposing and operating ledgers, the camera rent module, the reels and pre-wedding bookings — came from a real need we faced while running shoots. The goal is simple: spend less time on paperwork and more time on photography.
