About PGBILL

The PGBILL website (pgbill.in) helps photographers and video studios manage bookings, work schedules, payments, PDF bills and studio records. It is a work tool — it does not give legal, tax or banking advice and does not move money between you and your clients. By using PGBILL you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You can create an account on the website with Google or with email and password. The same account works on the website and the Android app. Keep your login safe and sign out on shared devices — activity under your account is treated as yours.

Advertisements

Free accounts may see ads. Please keep ad blockers, private DNS or other ad-blocking tools off — some features such as PDF download depend on ads loading.

Your data and your clients

Enter correct client names, numbers, dates and amounts — bills and reports are made from what you save. Client and business details you store belong to your studio; use them only for your work and respect your clients' privacy.

Payment Khata and PDFs

Payment Khata and pending balances are for your own bookkeeping; collecting money from clients stays between you and them. When you share a PDF on WhatsApp, email or other apps, what you send is your responsibility. Please check important bills and dates before sharing.

Backup, sync and Recycle Bin

Your records are backed up to your account and can sync between devices. Avoid editing the same job on two devices at the same time. Deleted items stay in Recycle Bin for 30 days; after permanent delete they cannot be recovered.

Premium plans and payments

Premium is sold only on the website. The price and validity are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Premium starts after the payment is confirmed and works on the same account on the website and the app until the validity date; it does not renew automatically.

Refunds: if money was deducted but Premium did not activate, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days with the payment reference and we will activate it or refund the extra amount. Otherwise payments for an activated plan are not refundable, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Use PGBILL only for lawful studio work. Do not misuse invites or rewards, send spam, share your account for resale, or try to hack, copy or reverse-engineer the service. Accounts that break these rules may be limited or closed.

No guarantee and limitation of liability

PGBILL is provided "as is". Results depend on the data you enter, your device and your network. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent allowed by law, PGBILL is not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profit.

Closing your account

You can stop using PGBILL any time and delete your account from Profile. Your cloud data is then removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may change when features change; the "Last updated" date will change. Using PGBILL after an update means you accept the latest Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madhya Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction.
