Client booking and bills

The client module is the heart of PGBILL. When a family books you for a wedding, you create one client entry and add every function — Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, wedding day, reception — with its own date, venue and team. PGBILL adds up the package, keeps track of the advance you received and shows exactly how much is still pending.

Packages and custom bills

Use a ready package or build a custom bill line by line: photography, videography, drone, album, LED wall, extra hours. Discounts and extra charges are calculated automatically.

Advance and pending

Record every payment with date and mode (cash, UPI, bank). The pending balance updates instantly and shows in red on the list, so you never forget who still has to pay.

Call and WhatsApp

Every client card has one-tap call and WhatsApp buttons, so confirming a date or sending a reminder takes seconds.

Calendar and today's work

All bookings appear on a colour-coded calendar. Open any date to see which functions are booked, where they are and which photographers are assigned. The Today Work screen lists only what is happening today, and PGBILL sends a reminder notification before each job so nothing is missed during the busy wedding season.

Exposing and operating work

Many studios send their photographers to shoot for other studios (exposing) or hire freelance operators for their own events (operating). PGBILL keeps both ledgers separately: which studio booked you, for which dates, the rate per day, what they have paid and what is still due. For operating work you record the operator, the event and the payment you owe, so partner accounts stay clean.

Rent out lenses, gimbals, lights or drones. Record who took which item, the rent per day, the deposit and the return date. PGBILL calculates the total and prints a rent bill.

Reels booking

For creators and studios that shoot Instagram reels: date-wise reel list, location, rate per reel and payment status in one booking.

Pre-wedding shoots
