Introduction

PGBILL is a billing and work-management tool for photography and video studios. This policy explains what information the PGBILL website (pgbill.in) processes, why, how it is stored, and your choices. A separate policy applies to the Android app. By using the website you accept this policy and the Terms & Conditions.

Who we are

PGBILL is operated from Madhya Pradesh, India, under APEX VISUAL. For privacy or data requests, use the contact details at the end of this policy.

Information we process

Account: name, email and profile photo when you sign in with Google or email.
Studio profile: studio name, owner name, phone and address you enter.
Business records you create: client names, phone numbers, addresses, event dates, work details, amounts, advances, payments, expenses, partners and notes.
Technical data: browser type, website version and limited logs needed for security, backup, sync and reliability.

We do not sell your personal data.

How we use information

Only to run PGBILL: save your work, cloud backup and live sync, calendar and reminders, PDF bills, business summaries, account security, important product notices, and support you ask for.

Storage in your browser

The website keeps a working copy of your records in your browser's storage so pages load fast. Clearing browser data removes this copy; signing in again restores it from your cloud backup.

Cloud backup and sync

When you are online, a secured copy of your business data is saved to Google Firebase under your account so you can restore it on another phone or on the website. Changes may sync between your signed-in devices. Avoid editing the same job on two devices at the same time.

Cookies and similar storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember settings such as language and theme. Advertising partners may set their own cookies to show and measure ads.

Advertising

Free accounts may see ads from Google advertising services, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. Payments and Premium

Premium is bought on the website. Payments are processed by Razorpay; PGBILL never sees or stores your full card, UPI PIN or bank details. We keep the order / payment reference, plan and validity so Premium works on your account on both the website and the app.

PDFs and sharing

PDFs are created on your device. When you share a file (for example on WhatsApp or email), that app's own privacy rules apply to what you send.

Third-party services

Google Firebase (login, cloud database, hosting), Google Sign-In, Google advertising services and Razorpay (payments). These follow their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Recycle Bin: deleted items can be restored for 30 days, then they are removed.
Cloud: older backup copies may be cleaned up over time.
Account deletion: you can delete your account from Profile, or ask us using the contact below. Your cloud data is then removed.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with Google Firebase security rules so only your account can read it. No system is perfectly secure — keep your device locked and do not share your login.

Your choices

You can view, edit and delete your records, export PDFs, turn notifications on or off, ask for a copy or correction of your data, and stop using PGBILL at any time.

Children

PGBILL is for studio professionals and business users. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features or laws change; the "Last updated" date will change. Using PGBILL after an update means you accept the new policy.
